Root & Restore is our virtual yoga offering open to all who seek to incorporate yoga into their busy lives. We invite you to spend 60-minutes reconnecting with your body through movement and breath at your own pace. Each practice offers exploration of yoga forms and stillness with options and variations, encouraging you to choose what feels best for your body. Class is taught from the Hatha yoga style, offering choice-based options for movement and stillness as you connect with your breath, your body, and your unique experience on your mat.
Whether you are new to yoga or returning to your mat, we are excited for you to join us. This class is taught by Sharnise Hendrick, LCPC & RYT500.
